Ingredients:

* 1.5 oz lavender syrup

* 1.5 oz soda water

* 1.5 oz ginger beer

* 1 oz lemon juice

*. 7 drops peppered-saline solution

Garnish Ingredients:

* 1 Tbsp Dried lavender flowers

* 1 Tbsp Dried red rosebuds

* 1 Fresh orchid

* 1 Fresh lemon wheel

* Gold paper straw

Instructions:

1. Method

* First, crush rose buds, then combine with dried lavender flowers. Run a sliced lemon to form a stripe down the globe glass and adhere dried rose and lavender flowers to the glass. Fill with crushed ice.

* In a shaker, combine lemon juice, lavender syrup, and peppered-saline solution with ice and shake.

* Then add ginger beer and soda water to the same shaker and stir.

* Strain everything over crushed ice filled globe.

2. Garnish

*. Fresh lemon wheel down inside of glass and orchid on top.

* Serve with a gold paper straw.

Lavender Simple Syrup

* 2 cups water

* 2 Tablespoons dried lavender flowers

* 2 cups sugar

* 20 frozen or fresh blueberries

Instructions:

* Bring everything to a boil for about 10 minutes or until slightly reduced. Make sure to mash blueberries once boiling using a masher. (Note: The blueberries in the lavender syrup are used for both flavor and, more importantly, color. No food dyes are used in this; otherwise, it would be a brownish color syrup.)

* Turn down the heat and let simmer to thicken.

* Remove from heat and let cool.

* Strain through a fine mesh strainer.

* Store in a cooler.

Peppered-Saline Solution

* 1 cup hot water

* 1 teaspoon Maldon Sea Salt

* 1/2 teaspoon cracked peppercorns

Instructions:

* Smash whole peppercorns using a muddle and a mixing tin. They just need to be cracked.

* Combine all ingredients and stir to dissolve salt. Let it sit to infuse for an hour.

* Strain into dropper bottle.
